Tribulus 625 is described as “a standardized Tribulus blend”. The primary goal of this product is to build muscle, and the main ingredient used… You’ve guessed it, its Tribulus terrestris.
Tribulus 625 has been developed by Optimum Nutrition.
Each serving size is the equivalent to one capsule, and there are 100 capsules in every container of Tribulus 625.
The main ingredient in this product is Tribulus terrestris in a number of forms. Firstly, there is the proprietary Tribulus Blend (625 mg of it, hence the name), and then you get the Tribulus Terrestris “Powdered”.
It’s quite irrelevant as to what form this ingredient comes in because numerous clinical studies have reinforced the narrative that Tribulus does not increase testosterone. Despite this fact, many manufacturers persist on using this product in their testosterone products because they like to tout Tribulus as some kind of “wonder herb”.
This ingredient has long been used as an aphrodisiac and libido enhancer. And you know what? It’s actually great for those purposes. But when it comes to testosterone enhancement, Tribulus doesn’t actually do anything.
We have been unable to find any notable side-effects that people may have experienced after using Tribulus 625.
How to Use Tribulus 625
The manufacturer recommends that you take between one and two capsules on a daily basis, preferably in the morning and the evening, accompanied by a meal.
How Much is Tribulus 625?
If you are familiar with this site, you will know that we are not the biggest fans of the main ingredient used this product, Tribulus. Tribulus is overrated, and more often than not it is presented as something which it is not.
There are many clinical studies available online which refute claims by supplement manufacturers that this ingredient does wonders for testosterone. The most you can expect from using this ingredient is a healthy sex drive because it definitely cranks up the libido.
But if you are looking for optimum (or any for that matter) testosterone enhancement, you would not find it in a bottle of Tribulus 625.
